Sarah Denman-Wood Project Manager, Workplace Sexual Harassment Project
As of September 2022, Sarah Denman-Wood is our new Project Manager for the workplace sexual harassment project, SHIFT: Changing Workplace Culture.
Born in Summerside, PEI, Sarah holds a B.A. Theatre Studies - Acadia University, B. ED Memorial University of Newfoundland and QTS - Gloucestershire University.
Sarah has worked in Canada, Australia, and the UK in the education system as well as in the non-profit arts sector, focusing on producing theatre through a social justice lens and the creation of bespoke arts education initiatives. More recently Sarah worked in the non-profit health sector with the Reach Foundation, supporting youth with mental health and/or addictions issues reintegrate into the workplace.
An independent accessibility consultant, Sarah is passionate about art being made accessible to all, and exploring the beautiful beaches and wonderful culinary delights Epekwitk has to offer with her family.
